1. About Us

HOHO Sports Trading Company is a Hong Kong–based distributor of factory-direct OEM bicycle components. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All parts are OEM replacement components machined to the original manufacturer's specifications. Compatibility with specific bicycles or drivetrain configurations is the buyer's responsibility. We provide compatibility notes as guidance only — they do not constitute a guarantee of fitment.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in your selected market currency. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an error in price or stock is detected after purchase, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Order Fulfillment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or stock discrepancies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOHO Sports Trading Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of purchased parts.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
