Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from installation marks.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been installed or show signs of use
• Items returned without original packaging
• Custom or special-order items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@hohosports.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
