Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Hong Kong and the United States only. Other destinations are not available at this time — this page will be updated as new markets open.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been dispatched.

Hong Kong

Orders ship from our warehouse in Taiwan / Hong Kong and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

United States (Quote First)

US orders follow a quote-first process: no payment is taken at checkout. We verify stock and calculate your exact shipping cost, then email you a confirmed quote with a secure payment link within 1 business day. Your order ships after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery to the contiguous United States:

• Standard (ePacket / Registered Air Mail): 7–14 business days
• Express (DHL / FedEx): 3–5 business days

US orders may be held briefly at customs. HOHO Sports is not responsible for customs delays, but we provide full tracking and documentation to support clearance.

Shipping Costs

Hong Kong orders: shipping is shown at checkout. US orders: shipping is confirmed in your quote email — you always see the exact total before paying.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in the shipping notification email.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. HOHO Sports has no control over customs processing times.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hohosports.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
