Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order has been dispatched.
United States
All orders ship from our warehouse in Taiwan / Hong Kong. Estimated delivery to the contiguous United States:
- Standard (ePacket / Registered Air Mail): 7–14 business days
- Express (DHL / FedEx): 3–5 business days
US orders may be held briefly at customs. HOHO Sports is not responsible for customs delays, but we provide full tracking and documentation to support clearance.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated transit times by region:
- Hong Kong / Taiwan / Macau: 3–7 business days
- Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
- Europe / North America: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact cost will be displayed before you confirm payment.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in the shipping notification email.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. HOHO Sports has no control over customs processing times.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hohosports.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
