If you purchase a component and it turns out to be incompatible with your bike, we'll send you the correct part and cover all return shipping — no questions asked.

Why This Guarantee Matters

Single-track components are unforgiving: buy a 26mm seatpost instead of 27.2mm, a 110mm bottom bracket instead of 68mm, or the wrong derailleur hanger—and the whole purchase is useless. Returns and negative reviews destroy trust and waste your time.

The Fitment Guarantee transforms that pain point into HOHO's biggest trust signal: we're confident in our specs and support, and we eat the cost when something goes wrong.

What's Covered

The Fitment Guarantee applies when:

  • You purchased a product from HOHO Sports marked with the ✅ Fitment Guarantee badge
  • The component is incompatible with your bike frame, drivetrain, or brakes (e.g. wrong diameter, threaded vs. threadless, incompatible standard)
  • You initiated the exchange within 60 days of the original order date
  • The item is unused and uninstalled (we only need it back to resell or audit specs)

What's NOT Covered

The Fitment Guarantee does NOT cover:

  • Wrong size selected because you didn't read the spec sheet (we provide a full Compatibility Guide for each product)
  • Items that have been installed, used, or show mechanical wear
  • Damage caused by installation or use
  • General returns outside the 60-day window (standard 30-day return policy still applies)
  • Products without the ✅ Fitment Guarantee badge

How to Claim Your Exchange

  1. Verify the spec issue — Double-check the Compatibility Guide on the product page. If your bike doesn't match the compatible list, or if the spec table shows the item is incompatible, proceed to step 2.
  2. Email us immediately — Contact support@hohosports.com with your order number, photo of the product label, and a brief explanation of why it's incompatible (e.g. 'Frame has 27.2mm seatpost, this is 26mm').
  3. We respond within 24 hours — We'll confirm the incompatibility and send you a prepaid return shipping label (we cover the cost).
  4. Ship back at no cost to you — Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location. The label is already paid.
  5. Receive your replacement — Once we receive your return, we'll send the correct part via expedited shipping (usually 2–3 days) at no additional charge.

The Compatibility Guide

Every HOHO product comes with a Compatibility Guide that lists:

  • Full specification table (material, clamp diameter, weight, etc.)
  • Compatible bike standards (700c, 650b, 12x142 thru-axle, disc brake, etc.)
  • Known installation notes and limitations
  • A simple fitment checklist to verify before purchase

Read this before buying. It's your guarantee that you're making the right choice.
